Microsoft is reportedly developing the Windows 12 OS, which has not been officially announced so far.

Leaks from @leaf_hobby, launching from The Vergerevealed that Windows 12 will be supported by the next generation of internal CPUs, namely Intel Meteor Lake which was also leaked.

In the leak, which unfortunately has been deleted, it was mentioned that Meteor Lake will include 20 PCIe Gen5 lanes and have support for Windows 12. Although there is no detailed information about the Windows 12 development plan, there have been reports of several leaks that this new OS from Microsoft will be will have a variety of new AI features.

This is confirmed by the results of The Verge’s interview with Yusuf Mehdi as Microsoft’s head of consumer marketing, where AI will have an important role for a better experience in the future. And this AI development will be provided in the upcoming Windows.

Of course, to be able to realize AI features in the next Windows, it will require collaboration with hardware brands such as Intel and AMD to be able to optimize chips to handle AI workloads.
