Theaterfreunde Krefeld award a prize to Woongyi Lee

When a young ensemble member is called to the director’s office, it can raise blood pressure. Woongyi Lee had no reason to be nervous, on the contrary: a large bouquet of flowers was waiting for the young tenor from the theaters in Krefeld and Mönchengladbach. And warm congratulations were sent to him by Renate Schwegmann and Heinrich Rungelrath from the board of the Krefeld Theaterfreunde. Woongyi Lee receives this year’s sponsorship award for young artists, which the Society of Friends of the Krefeld Theater has been awarding for many years.
