Just like her character Monica, Courteney Cox wants everything to be perfect. That’s why when Prince Harry wrote in his book that he took hallucinogenic mushrooms during a party at her house, she denied it. And in one of his interviews, he recently revealed what the truth is about them.
We recall that even before Spare came out, excerpts from the memoirs were published at the beginning of January. In one of them, the son of Charles III tells about an incident in 2016 when he got into Cox’s house. Then he confesses about the magic mushrooms of his beloved Monica and that you definitely had a crush on her.
Regarding the prince’s claims, Courtney denied giving him hallucinogenic substances. “I’m not saying there were mushrooms! I definitely wasn’t giving them away,” she says in an interview with Variety.
The actress did not hide that then Harry stayed with them for a few days.
“He’s a really good guy,” she said.
Cox points out that the prince, now 38, remained friends but did not communicate over the years.
The star admitted that she recently met Harry at a mutual friend’s birthday, but did not even congratulate him. Regarding her inclusion in his book, Cox explains that she hasn’t read it yet, but she’s not mad.
