Back to the letter, Anas said he would be released in the near future. He then alluded to tyranny and criminalization. He also asked his best friend to stay calm and maintain peace.

Here is the content of Anas’ handwritten letter:

There is a time to go, there is a time to go home. God willing, some of the remaining time to undergo exile will be cashed out well. I understand that friends are angry with injustice and criminalization.

Remaining calm, patient, and maintaining a conducive atmosphere is a good thing to do.

We will continue to fight together for justice in a good and responsible way.
