Led by Richard Stella, the Houat family group, created in 2022, continues to diversify its activities while choosing the tranquility of the Eurelian countryside. The entrepreneurial adventure of the Stella family began with the creation of the Cinquième element company, then Comdab, then Raven and, finally, today, the vintage store Héritages in the heart of Chartres.
The Houat group, headquartered in Saint-Arnoult-des-Bois, employs around twenty people, 85% of whom are in the department. He works in the construction, events and business services sectors.
Our slogan “Cool, but pro!” is always the same
“We are a group in the process of local and regional development. Within our small team, coexist employees of all ages, from 20 to 55, with or without experience. Our slogan “Cool, but pro!” has always been the same since the creation of our first company, Fifth Element, in 2013, explains Julie Stella, daughter of the founder and one of the leaders of the group. We have been able to keep a cool head and overcome the various difficulties: the Covid, increases in the price of energy, raw materials and the vagaries that all companies can experience. We have grown with the news allowing us to offer ever more services to our customers and a complete formula with turnkey services. The backbone of the Houat group is made up of only four entities.

Fifth element. Specialized in project management and project management assistance, the company accompanies its clients from the creation to the realization of their project with the preparation of on-site surveys, the creation of concept, the realization of plans, the follow-up of the administrative files, the follow-up of the works, the exchanges with the design offices, the control office and the concessionaires. The Fifth Element ISA service prepares and supports companies in the management of their daily activities up to the safety commission and the training of teams in fire and accessibility risks (compulsory training provided for by the Labor Code).
Comdab. It is the event and communication agency of the Houat group. It acts in Eure-et-Loir on behalf of companies in the area. “Strength of proposals, our teams design tailor-made events to effectively meet the expectations of our customers”, assures Julie Stella.
Raven. Specializing in carrying out renovation work, the small company offers home staging, wall and floor coverings, carpentry, creation of bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
Legacies. “Our vintage store is the first of its kind to set up in Chartres. It opened in December 2022 and is the culmination of our group’s work. For its creation, we brought together the skills of all of our subsidiaries. Héritages is located in the heart of downtown Chartres”, adds the young woman who says she is always looking for new employees in the fields of construction, maintenance or events.
