Russian hackers carry out an average of more than ten attacks on Ukraine per day

In 2020, the Security Service of Ukraine registered 800 cyber attacks, in 2021, approximately 2,000, but after the beginning of Russia’s repeated invasion, more than 4,500 have already been registered.

Malyuk said that due to the intense and various Russian cyber attacks, the Security Service of Ukraine had to completely reorganize in order to be able to face these threats.

Cyberspace specialists of the Security Service of Ukraine work hard day and night to repel enemy cyberattacks, Malyuk said, adding that there is much more work in cyberspace now than before the war.

Malyuks expressed confidence that Ukraine, despite the attacks on various fronts, will definitely win.

“I, like any Ukrainian, have no illusions about [Krievijas prezidentu Vladimiru] Putin and his motives in this war. Hence my message [viņam] is simple: you will never tear us down or destroy us. We are fighting not only for the future of Ukraine, but for the secure future of the entire civilized world,” Malyuk said.
