It’s also easier to use the ADAC’s “Läuft’s” app. Here you can create your own reports in your region in just a few steps, for example on topics such as:
- potholes
- defective street lighting
- construction sites
- Accessibility
- traffic lights
Another practical feature is that you can easily attach photos, descriptions and an exact location on the map to the reports. The authorities and municipalities know exactly what is at stake – you can then keep an eye on the processing status of your request via the app.
But there is a small drop of bitterness: the defect reporter is not available in all regions of Germany. For example, Baden-Württemberg, parts of Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Saxony are left empty-handed. The areas are divided according to the regional clubs of the ADAC. However, there are plans to add more regional clubs soon.
