Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce has publicized the Al-Qimmah Space Trading Company and its owner, “Eidha bin Taie’ bin Sulayem Al-Minhali,” who specializes in selling precious metals and precious stones in the city of Buraydah in the Qassim region.
This was after a court ruling was issued convicting the company’s branch and its owner of violating the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law as a result of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of discount licenses by announcing discounts without obtaining a license.
The Ministry published the ruling issued by the Criminal Court in Buraydah, which includes the imposition of a fine, the removal of the violating advertisement, and the publication of the ruling in two newspapers at the expense of the violators.
