Kottayam: A car lost control on the Kottayam Medical College Hospital road and hit two scooters, knocking down a pedestrian. In the accident, the scooter passenger, an employee of the medical college, and the pedestrian were injured. Deepa (45), a lab employee of the medical college who was injured, was admitted to the Kottayam Medical College Hospital emergency department.
