The statement clarified that it is a homonym mix-up since it turned out that two people have the same name.
California Gym said its boss has nothing to do with the case and is not the subject of the legal investigation.
The leader of fitness club chains in Tunisia clarified that it is simply a namesake (similarity between surnames and first names). In this context, California Gym called on public opinion not to confuse the two people and not to be misled by the rumors and lies that targeted its chairman of the board of directors Rafik Ben Ahmed Chaabouni.
