Nikki Haley, Republican presidential candidate in the United States, pledged on Friday to cut all financial aid to countries that “hate the United States”, if she is elected president. In a column published in the New York PostMrs Haley wrote that taxpayers deserve to know where US foreign aid goes and would be “shocked” to learn that much of that aid supports “un-American” countries and causes.
The United States, wrote Nikki Haley, has given more than $1 billion in recent years to Iraq which she says is strengthening its ties with “murderous thugs” in Iran who have cried “Death to America”. She also pointed out that the United States has sent aid to Pakistan, where more than a dozen terrorist organizations reside, as well as to China for “ridiculous” environmental programs.
“It’s not just about Joe Biden. It’s been happening for decades under presidents of both parties. Our foreign aid policies are stuck in the past,” Nikki Haley said. “They usually operate automatically, without any consideration for the conduct of the countries that receive our aid.”

A strong America doesn’t pay the bad guys.” Haley, who served as US Ambassador to the United Nations during the Trump administration, formally announced her presidential bid earlier this month, becoming the first Republican candidate to challenge former President Donald Trump. .
