TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati responded to reports in several media that said 13 thousand employees of the Ministry of Finance had not reported property his wealth. According to Sri Mulyani, the news was not true.
This was revealed by Sri Mulyani on her personal Instagram, Saturday, February 25, 2023. In her post, she attached news headlines in several media which she considered provocative.
“Provocative and furious reaction of netizens – giving the impression of an officer Ministry of Finance disobeying property reports. THAT’S NOT TRUE…!” wrote Sri Mulyani, Saturday.
He continued the Report obligation Assets State Administrators (LHKPN) are regulated in Law 30 of 2002 as amended in Law 19 of 2019.
These regulations are intended for state officials who carry out executive, legislative or judicial functions and other officials whose main functions and duties are related to the administration of the state in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
“In the Ministry of Finance, not all employees are required to report LHKPN,” said Sri Mulyani.
However, he said, only employees and officials had been stipulated in Minister of Finance Decree Number 83 of 2021 regarding the Mandatory Reporting List.
The number of Ministry of Finance employees who are required to report is 33,370 in 2021 and 32,191 in 2022.
The Mandatory Report includes:
– JPT PT Madya (Echelon-1), Pratama (Echelon-2), and Stafsus;
– Procurement officers and treasurers;
– Customs Inspector;
– AR;
– Tax assessor;
– Tax examiner;
– Auctioneers;
– Widyaiswara;
– Tax court judge;
– Echelon III and IV offices, as well as executors in certain units.
