For more than two years, the Uitikon school has been on the way to the climate school, it says in the message on the day of action. During the post race, the classes learn facts about climate change with playful activities and receive the first simple environmental tips. Activities vary by school level. In the game “The polar bears are getting too hot!”, the younger students become little polar bears themselves, hop on ice floes and experience how the ground melts away.
The middle school slips into the role of climate detectives and solves current cases on the topics of energy, biodiversity or waste.
