Al-Marsad Newspaper: The official spokesman for the Saudi Red Crescent branch in Najran region said that the operations room received a report from a citizen about a run-over case.
An ambulance team proceeded to the site, and it was found that there was a 65-year-old injured person, who was suffering from serious injuries due to a car run-over.
Sources indicated that the deceased was on a picnic with his family in King Fahd Park and wanted to train his 12-year-old son to drive, then left him wandering in the vehicle in a dirt place. When the son returned, he could not control the vehicle, so his father ran over, according to Al-Watan newspaper.
And she indicated that the citizen was taken out in a very critical condition, to die after being transferred by the Red Crescent ambulance to the hospital, indicating that the injured person suffered from cardiac and respiratory arrest, and he was immediately transferred to King Khalid Hospital to receive the necessary first aid.
She added that the patient later died of his many injuries.
