The car slid at least five meters down the slope. The driver is slightly injured.
The police in Oslo wrote on Twitter that at 19.48 they received a report of a car that had driven off the road. The car ended up between a cliff and a house facade.
– The driver states that he was alone in the car, and has minor injuries, but I do not have any more information about what the injuries are, says operations manager Guro Sandnes.
According to VG’s photographer at the scene, the car has slid 10-20 meters down.
– The cliff is described as being approximately five meters high. We have not yet clarified how the car ended up here, according to the operations manager.
The driver is examined by the health department and questioned by the police. The fire brigade is on the scene and tow trucks have been ordered and are on their way.

The driver is a man in his late 40s. He has pain in his back, but does not appear to be seriously injured, says Sandnes.
Sandnes states that there is no information that it is slippery at the site.
– No more information on the cause or extent of damage to the car or driver as of now. The car must be immobilized and the fire service is also working on the scene, according to Sandnes.
VG has not succeeded in getting in touch with the driver of the car.
