Apart from Mario Dandy, the police also named the video recorder Mario’s abuse of David, namely the man with the initials S alias SLRPL (19), a friend of Mario Dandy as a suspect.

Meanwhile, woman A, who was considered to be the trigger for the persecution of David, is currently being investigated by the police and has the status of a witness. The police are currently still investigating A’s role and involvement in the case.

Sri Mulyani Removed Rafael from Tax Officer Following MDS Case

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani removed Rafael Alun Trisambodo from his position as Head of the General Section of the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office II. The dismissal of Rafael was the result of the abuse of his son, Mario Dandy Satrio, against David.

“In order for the Ministry of Finance to be able to carry out an inspection, starting today, RAT, I ask to be removed from his duties and position,” Sri Mulyani said at a press conference, Friday (24/2/2023).

Sri Mulyani said the basis for the dismissal was Article 31 paragraph 1 PP 94 of 2001 concerning civil servant discipline. Sri Mulyani also asked that the entire examination process be carried out in detail to decide on Rafael’s sentence.

“I ask that the entire examination process be carried out in detail and thoroughly so that we can then determine the level of disciplinary punishment that we can determine,” he explained.

Sri Mulyani also condemned the persecution of Mario Dandy Satrio, who is the son of Rafael. Mario’s abuse of the child of the GP Ansor center administrator is still being investigated by the police.

“Delivering and praying for David and praying for David to get a speedy recovery, we also apologize to the whole family and to brother David for this incident which is completely unjustified and we condemn the abuse that was carried out by one of the sons of the Ministry of Finance’s directorate general. taxes,” said Sri.

Sri said the persecution was a personal matter. However, according to him, it has an impact on public perception of the Ministry of Finance.

“But it has had a huge impact on the perceptions of the Ministry of Finance and the Directorate General of Taxes,” he said.
