The Paris Court of Appeal is ruling this Friday on the house arrest, challenged by the prosecution, of comedian Pierre Palmade. He had been indicted for “homicide and involuntary injuries”, after the serious accident he had caused on February 10 on a road in Seine-et-Marne.
