Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Philippine security authorities arrested a Sudanese man involved in fraud and deception of Saudi patients.
The Sudanese accused, Badr al-Din Ibrahim al-Habib, 44, was wanted for several years by Saudi Arabia on charges of defrauding Saudi patients by deluding them of his ability to help them with treatment and kidney transplants, and he stole their money and defrauded them. According to the Philippine “Net 24” website
This person was previously arrested in 2013, and a deportation order was issued against him, but the order was not implemented, and he remained at large and did not leave the country.
