A 41-year-old man was injured in a quarrel between two men at Sandelingplein in South Rotterdam on Tuesday evening. A 24-year-old man ran off, but was arrested by the police on the Groene Zoom a little later. The man indicated that he had felt threatened, after which he lashed out at the victim. Both men were eventually arrested.
