One of the deputy directors of GDBOP Lubomir Nikolov is the new head of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Haskovo, it was reported XNEWS.BG
The previous chief, Atanas Nenkov, will be transferred to Sofia as the head of a unit to assist the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ivan Demerdzhiev. This was announced by the Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Chief Commissioner Petar Todorov, who arrived this morning in Haskovo to announce the casting. It is done with the aim of helping Commissioner Nenkov to conduct the early parliamentary elections.
“Today, a team was appointed that will temporarily carry out the tasks for the preparation of the elections. Commissioner Atanas Nenkov, taking into account his expertise and professional experience, it was decided that he will be extremely useful in Sofia, where he will support the work with his knowledge and skills”, he explained Todorov.

According to the general secretary, Haskovo Region is extremely important, as it has many political and economic interests. That is why the decision was made to assist the region with a team of professionals, as it is important not to allow any form of vote distortion, Petar Todorov added.
