Eiffage Immobilier, COFFIM and Spirit REIM Services sign the VEFA of the future Moxy by Marriott hotel in Clamart

(Boursier.com) — Eiffage Real Estate and COFFIM announce the off-plan acquisition by Spirit REIM Services, on behalf of its new club deal Esprit Pierre Hôtellerie dedicated to investment in hotel premises and funds, of the future Moxy by Marriott hotel within the ZAC Grand Canal in Clamart under construction by Eiffage Aménagement.
This new 3-star hotel will benefit from a privileged location at the entrance to the ZAC at 1 avenue Réaumur, opposite the Pavé Blanc stop on tram line no. Designed by the architect VIGNERON, the R+5 building with 91 rooms, on 2,734 m(2) of floor area, will be decorated and fitted out by Eiffage
Construction and Giros & Coutellier – Interior designer, in an Art Deco style.

Spirit REIM Services has entrusted the future management of the hotel to Cycas Hospitality, an independent pan-European hotel management company which has a number of hotels with Marriott in its portfolio.

The building is aiming for NF Tertiary HQE certification as well as the performance of the RT 2012 – 10% regulations.
The parties were supported throughout the sale process by CORDILLERA CAPITAL, commercial real estate consultancy & hospitality expert. In this transaction, Spirit REIM Services was advised by Casagrande Labrousse and Groupe Essor.
The fitting-out work will begin in the spring of 2023. Delivery is scheduled for mid-November with a view to opening the hotel in December 2023.
