Olivier Krüger takes over the newly created position of Chief Marketing Officer at the Lufthansa Group. He is now responsible for the areas of brand, loyalty, ancillaries and marketing. In addition, Miles & More GmbH falls within his functional area. He reports directly to the Executive Board of the Lufthansa Group. Most recently, as CEO of Lufthansa Systems, Krüger led the Technology & IT subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group

Krüger has more than two decades of international experience in strategy, marketing and sales. In the course of his professional career, he has been able to bring this to the Lufthansa Group in various international management positions for global marketing, innovation and brand transformation. He studied law and international relations in Germany and then completed a master’s degree in political science and sociology at the École Sciences Po Strasbourg in France.
