Compensation
Sernac seeks that consumers are compensated for all expenses incurred, be it transfers, hotels, meals and additional services. In addition, the lawsuit contemplates the problems that the fans had inside, since they had to change locations in a forced manner due to the conditions.
Also, compensation is required for people who suffered health problems as a result of poor organization, such as panic attacks or physical injuries.
Noix Dreamers Spa could pay up to 1,500 UTM, for having failed to comply with the provisions of the Consumer Law.
