If the announcement of the next program of the festival Avec Le Temps brings joy because it signals the arrival of sunny days, it is without counting that of discovering the more or less confidential nuggets of the contemporary French-speaking music scene. The whole ” within an event on a human scale “, as claimed by the festival for 25 editions, which this year offers 26 artists in 13 places from March 2 to 21 in Marseille, Paris, Aix and Vitrolles.
An eclectic Pop
and variegated
Among the headliners, the enchanted pop of Jeanne Added will intersect with the nonchalant rhythms of Flavien Berger on March 14 at the Cepac Silo, in Marseille. Perched on his seventh album Vision Drum, Bertrand Belin will distill his bittersweet poetry on March 18 at Espace Julien, alongside the duo Château Forte, followers of an animal and refined pop. Still at Espace Julien, the temperature is particularly likely to rise on March 17 with the participation of the Parisian electro-rock combo Bagarre, keen on beats mixed with new wave and rap cut for the club. Also not to be missed is Johan Papaconstantino’s orientalist pop, on March 15 at the Zef.
Finally, to note, a participatory creation project with several Vitrollaise schools sponsored by the rapper Oxmo Puccino. As with every edition, Quebec artists will be celebrating with this year Marie-Gold, Mayfly and Les Louanges. Other emerging artists are programmed as part of the free concerts of the Parcours Chanson.
