From today (Mon 20.2.) there are new times for donating blood at the BRK in Kulmbach. From 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. you can donate blood at Rot-Kreuz-Platz 1 in Kulmbach. The BRK draws attention to this. Since May 1st there is no longer a requirement to wear a mask.
The quickest way to donate blood is to call the BRK’s free hotline on 0800 11 949 11.
Kerstin Hoppert, blood donation assistant at the BRK in Kulmbach, makes it clear once again that the BRK cannot help without the help of the donors. Blood donation remains essential for survival because there is no artificial alternative to donated blood. In addition, a blood donation can only be kept for 42 days.
