Co-working spaces of the luxury brand “Spaces” will be available in the high-rise buildings of “Zunda Towers” in Riga already this year – at the beginning of the year, an agreement was signed with the international holding company IWG for their creation and the lease of three floors. “A rapid development is taking place in the office tower,” says Aigars Gerhards, executive director of AS “Tower Construction Management”, the developer and manager of the complex.
This Pārdaugava giant is followed with interest by the townspeople, everyone who drives past it. Taking into account its volumes, market conditions, it was created for a long time, then it took quite a long time to put the complex into operation. Now residents of Riga, the real estate industry, neighbors are watching how it fills up and is inhabited.
