The military does not exclude that Russia on the anniversary of the invasion may strike at Ukraine or intensify attacks at the front. However, the Defense Forces are ready for this.
“There is no need to talk about some kind of dramatic situation. Yes, there will be an aggravation, there will be missile strikes, no one doubts that something like this will happen. But we are ready for this … We have the means to repel those strikes. Unfortunately, there are not as many air defense systems as they are said to be,” Ignat said.
Earlier it became known that Russian President Vladimir Putin on the eve of February 24 will attack Ukraine with all available means in order to demonstrate at least some success in the war on the anniversary of a full-scale invasion.
