Manchester City only played a 1-1 draw cons Nottingham Forest. City is helpless to score many goals despite many opportunities, because there is a wall called Kaylor Navas!
Manchester City visit Nottingham Forest in continuation Premier League, Saturday (18/2) evening WIB. The match ended without a winner with a final score of 1-1.
Bernardo Silva put City ahead in the 41st minute. Chris Wood equalized in the 84th minute.
Manchester City actually appear to be dominant over Nottingham Forest. City had 73 per cent possession and had 23 shots with six on target!
Unfortunately, of the six shots on target, only one ended up being a goal. The rest, countered by veteran goalkeepers Kaylor Navas!
Keylor Navas appear mighty. The goal that Bernardo scored was also a long-range shot and headed into the top right corner of the goal which was difficult to deny.
Next, Navas appeared good by making two important saves. Laporte’s close-range header was pushed over, after which Ruben Dias was also able to save the gag ball that was kicked. Guendogan’s free kick was also saved by the 36-year-old goalkeeper.
Man City manager, Pep Guardiola, does not seem to believe that his team has difficulty scoring goals. According to him, there are a lot of opportunities for De Bruyne et al!
“We played very, very well and created many chances. This is football, we have worked well,” he explained.
