Susan Wojcicki has announced that she will resign from the position of CEO of YouTube, which she has held for nine years: she did so in a letter sent to all employees on Thursday, then made public on his blog. Wojcicki said he wanted to dedicate himself to a “new chapter” in his life, focusing “on family, health, and personal projects that fascinate me”, without giving further details. Wojcicki, who is 54, will be replaced as CEO by Neal Mohan, one of her closest collaborators.
