Hollywood star Raquel Welch is dead: The US actress died at the age of 82 after a “short illness”, said her management. Welch rose to fame in the 1960s for her role as a scantily clad cave girl in the film “A Million Years Before Time.” As a result, she played roles in numerous films and was at times one of the most sought-after stars in Hollywood.
