The daughter of billionaire Bill Gates and his ex-wife Melinda French Gates — Microsoft heiress, equestrian, medical student and recently mother — Jennifer Gates — have moved into a grand $51 million penthouse with its own private pool.
The New York Post reported that the 8,900-square-foot apartment, with 3,400 square feet of outdoor space, was purchased through a Seattle fund connected to Gates last month.
The huge penthouse is located at 443 Greenwich Street, which is home to many celebrities. The apartment was previously owned by Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, who sold it to a fund in Seattle in November 2021 for $ 49.5 million.
This initial purchase was recorded shortly after Jennifer Gates married Egyptian Olympic rider, Nael Nassar, according to the newspaper, and Al Arabiya.net reviewed it.
The home has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 20-foot ceilings, multiple “balconies,” and two parking spaces.
The house, which is the largest in the building, features its own elevator. Design details include pine beams with steel fittings and 17 restored windows.
Amenities include a 70-foot indoor pool, gym with locker rooms, Turkish bath, and 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace.
