According to the adherence to the month of Ramadan, the number of Ramadan this year will be 29 days, and its first day will be Thursday, March 23, corresponding to the 1st of Ramadan.

And with the approach of the holy month, citizens begin to search for the timing of the month of Ramadan to find out the times of prayer and fasting hours.

The crescent of the month of Ramadan, immediately after the conjunction occurred, at exactly seven o’clock and 24 minutes in the evening, Cairo local time, on Tuesday, 29 Sha’ban 1444 AH corresponding to 3/21/2023 AD (the day of sighting).

And the month of Ramadan is the ninth month in the lunar year, and it comes after the month of Sha`ban, followed by the month of Shawwal, and God Almighty has favored it over the rest of the months of the year. Because it is one of the pillars of Islam, and its fasting is obligatory for every Muslim, and about it the Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: (Islam was built on five, bearing witness that there is no god but God, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, establishing prayer, paying zakat, and paying zakat. and fasting Ramadan).
