Emirates News Agency – Gold regains its luster with the decline of the dollar

Capitals, February 16 / WAM / Gold prices rose during today’s trading, to rebound from their lowest levels in 5 weeks, with the decline of the US dollar.
And the prices of the yellow metal increased in spot transactions by 0.17%, or the equivalent of $ 3.14, to reach $ 1839.19 an ounce, according to global market data, by “11:14 am UAE time.”
Gold futures prices for April 2023 delivery increased by 0.17%, equivalent to $3.25, to reach $1848.55 an ounce.
In terms of other precious metals, silver increased by 0.26% to $21.63 an ounce, platinum rose by 0.15% to $918.9, while palladium fell 0.45% to $1439.5.
