Three new participants had to leave “Farmen kendis”:

The nerve-wracking final week inside the “Farmen kjendis” farm is already well under way. On Tuesday, another participant had to leave the competition, and it was Jan Tore Kjær (54) who drew the shortest straw in the obstacle course.

This means that the remaining participants have managed to qualify for the farm competitions. On Wednesday, the stage was set for the first competition, which consisted of transporting stones as quickly as possible.

After a nerve-wracking competition, it was almost equal between Trond Moi (53) and Christopher Mørch Husby (33), where only 13 seconds separated them.

It was nevertheless the former who won the very first semi-final place.

The following day, the other participants were given a second chance, and the last two semi-finalists were to be chosen. However, they had to go through a competition which consisted of forging.

Program leader Tiril Sjåstad Christiansen (27) explained that the participants had to forge a key that had to fit in a key box. The participants could try as many times as they wanted, and the first to succeed could treat themselves to a place further on.

In the end it was between Christopher Mørch Husby (33), Aleksander Sæterstøl (27), Ingrid Vik Lysne (31) and Sofie Karlstad (25). They competed in cooking. With chef Ole Martin Alfsen as judge, it was Karlstad who ultimately proved to be the best in the final competition.

Thus, the other three had to give up almost completely at the finish line.

– Walked around and buzzed

Christopher Mørch Husby tells Se og Hør that he was not very disappointed by his own exit.

– It was really all right. This happened half a day before the final, so I feel in a way that I had been there the whole time. At that point I was just so tired. And I wanted a Pepsi much more than a car. I was completely done, he says with a smile.

The 33-year-old took several weeks to fully recover after arriving in Oslo.

– It had been so insanely intense that I didn’t recognize myself when I came out. It was quite hard. I was completely exhausted and just walking around buzzing. I also came home for the joint holiday, so Oslo was almost empty of people.

He continues:

– I was used to participants and crew around me, but in Oslo it was completely quiet. It was like a vacuum, and very, very strange. I fell in love with a lot of people in there, so when it was over I felt completely alone. I wasn’t quite prepared for that.

Sofie Karlstad, Ørnulf Høyer and Trond Moi are now the three who will fight for two final places in Sunday’s final programme.
