During a court hearing in the United States, Wisconsin, Taylor Chabzness, accused of murder and mutilation, attacked her lawyer, Queen Jolly.
The judge agreed to Jolie’s request to postpone the session for an additional two weeks to review his client’s eligibility to appear in court, prompting Shabnis to immediately attack her lawyer, and the courtroom was later evacuated before the session resumed again.
Chabusins was charged with first degree murder and mutilation of a corpse following the death of 25-year-old Shad Tyrion in February last year.
According to the authorities, the accused strangled Mr. Tyrion and mutilated his corpse, with body parts left scattered all over the house and car.
Mr. Jolly told the court at the end of the hearing that he would file a motion to withdraw from the case in his capacity as Chabusiness’s attorney, but the judge did not immediately rule on the matter.
