The most accurate details about the third season of Overwatch 2 are social media talks

Overwatch Season 3 has been trending on social media for the past few hours.

Since Overwatch 2 was released for free on October 4 of last year, it has been met with mixed opinions, between those who enjoy it and praise that it has become free, and those who see that issuing the same game with some modifications and calling it a second part is nothing but a big joke, and to keep up with the style of service games currently.

As the third season comes with the character of Asian mythology since the game began to include characters from (Japan – Korea – China), and therefore the legendary outfit in the last level of the battle pass is an outfit for Kiriko, inspired by Japanese mythology entirely. It must be said that it looks fabulous. Besides the Battle Pass, there will be 4 outfits available for free to players, which can be obtained by completing some challenges during the upcoming events during the season.

There’s also a new free-for-all map, Control’s first new map, set in snowy Antarctica, in one of Overwatch’s abandoned research headquarters.

And it started with the “Valentine’s Day” event that actually started from yesterday, which includes a new 4v4 game mode, and for some reason, the interface for that mode is Hanzo! Two free outfits for this event can be obtained by completing certain challenges. The event runs from the 14th to the 28th of February.

Overwatch 2’s first major collaboration will be with the popular anime One-Punch Man, and sure enough, as you might have guessed, the one-hit Doomfist will also be the face of the collaboration.

The collaboration will include anime-specific costumes and cosmetics, with an Overwatch theme added to them. There will be a legendary outfit that can be obtained for free upon completing some challenges. The new collaboration starts next March 7th until April 6th.
