(14.02.2023) The management of the Frankfurt Employment Agency has been reorganized. Björn Krienke assumed the chair, replacing the previous managing director Stephanie Krömer. Andrea Sichart is the new managing director.
The new CEO, Björn Krienke, previously Managing Director of the Frankfurt am Main Employment Agency, has succeeded Stephanie Krömer, who returned to her home region in North Rhine-Westphalia for family reasons and is now Chair of the Siegen Employment Agency take over.
Stephanie Krömer, outgoing CEO: “I look back on very intensive and eventful three and a half years, through which I feel very connected to this city and the people. I would like to thank all network partners for the close, always constructive and very trusting cooperation.”
Björn Krienke, new CEO: “Securing workers and skilled workers for the region is one of the major focal points that will accompany us this year and beyond. To this end, we continue to rely on the intensive interaction of all regional players. Together we can further strengthen Frankfurt am Main as a business location and its attractiveness for companies and employees.”
After his studies at the University of Kassel and the Federal University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim, the native of Hesse worked in various functions at several Hessian locations, including in Frankfurt am Main in the Frankfurt job center and in the Hesse regional office. Before moving to the Frankfurt Employment Agency on October 1, 2020, he was Managing Director of the Gießen Employment Agency.
Andrea Sichart will take over the management of the operational area as the new Managing Director Operational. The graduate in administration, who completed her studies at the Federal University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim, first worked in Korbach and then worked in Frankfurt am Main in various advisory and managerial positions for the Employment Agency and the Jobcenter Frankfurt am Main. Since October 2021, she has been responsible for the employer service and the Main-BiZ careers information center as division manager at the Frankfurt Employment Agency.
