FTC: the club goes to court, against MLSZ

TC Ferencváros, which is part of the football NB I, complies with the sector closure penalty imposed by the disciplinary committee of the Hungarian Football Association and accepted by its appeal committee, but it does not leave the matter at that and stands up for its truth in court.

In its February 8 decision, the disciplinary committee stated as follows:
After the hearing of the FEB, on the basis of a repeated combined procedure, the FTC is ordered to pay a fine for fan actions related to the disruption of order (shouting offensive, obscene expressions and racist expressions) in the away match against Kecskemét and the home match against DVSC, and the sports organization orders 1 the closing of the “B3” sector of the Groupama Arena in the upcoming domestic NB I championship match.

Since then, Ferencváros has also played against Vasas and Újpest at home, without a sector closure. Presumably, this may have happened because the appeals committee has not yet made its relevant decision. The FTC from his statement on Tuesday it turns out that the body upheld the decision of the disciplinary committee, so Fradi will have to close its B3 sector in the championship against Kecskemét starting at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. The club complies with this, however stating: he does not leave it at that, he continues the case in court and stands up for what is right.
