An individual developer who mainly develops/publishes game modsemooseOn the 14th, he released “DLSSTweaks 0.123.8” that can force DLAA to DLSS compatible titles.
DLSSTweaks is a Wrapper DLL that allows you to adjust presets for DLSS-enabled games. DLSS presets can be adjusted by placing the DLL file (dxgi.dll) in the same folder as the executable file of the DLSS compatible game and editing the included INI file (dlsstweaks.ini).
NVIDIA’sDLSS Super Resolution SDKreleased version 3.1.0 on the 11th, which adds the ability to customize DLSS to match the game’s scaling ratio and content.
DLSSTweaks uses this customization function to always read a specific DLSS preset in addition to “ForceDLAA” that forces DLAA for DLSS compatible games, “ForceAutoExposure” that forces the automatic exposure function to be enabled. You can adjust items like “OverrideAppId” to specify which preset to read when running the game.
In contrast to DLSS, which aims to improve performance by upscaling low-resolution images to high resolution, DLAA can perform anti-aliasing on native-resolution images with AI to improve image quality.

- Dying Light 2
