A confidence that pleases its subscribers. He can be proud of himself, and he doesn’t hesitate to let it be known: Stéphane Plaza announced good news on his Instagram account on February 12, 2023. On vacation, in a heavenly setting, he took a picture of himself with a glass of water in his hand to celebrate a special occasion: it’s been 200 days that he made the decision to stop drinking alcohol. Despite 5 gaps, he took the time to comment on his career: “Today is a great day, step by step, I have reached the unthinkable, the unimaginable, the 200 days (almost) without alcohol since I have granted myself, for occasions dear to my heart, only 5 glasses in 6 months”.
A weaning that gives him courage and which is seen every day on his body, says the host of M6. He feels much better and lets it know: “Today it is with great difficulty that I try to finish my glass, so my body has become accustomed to this natural element so rich and so rare, water, and to non-alcoholic drinks”. This lucidity on his addiction problem and good results of his awareness make him an example to follow and allow him to send a message to its subscribers: nothing is impossible.

Stéphane Plaza, accustomed to confidences on Instagram
If his weaning journey is documented from the start on his Instagram account, Stéphane Plaza does not hesitate to deliver his deep thoughts there, and his phases of doubts. At the start of the year, in legend of a portrait of him in black and white, the 52-year-old host opened up about his “own insecurities” you know “fear of being judged”. A long text that begins with a reflection: “They say the future is a story yet to be written on the pages of our lives.” he prefers “look ahead, think about tomorrowbecause we have always been taught that the future is the most important episode in our lives”. However, his experiences taught him “only to build its future you have to live fully in the moment here” et “Do not forget the past because it is the foundation of life”. “We have all experienced storms and with hindsight we realize that those storms weren’t there to destroy our livesbut to make our way”, pursues the real estate agent who recently lost his mother. A way of externalizing which allows its subscribers to identify with its anxieties.
