Danish squad captain G2 Esports by CS:GO Rasmus HooXi Nielsen spoke about his team’s victory in IEM Katowice 2023. The roster mentor shared his thoughts on his personal Twitter page.
Previously, G2 Esports beat Heroic in the final match at the event with a score of 3:1 – 16:12 on Nuke, 16:13 on Mirage, 11:16 on Inferno and 16:7 on Ancient. For the first place in the tournament, Nielsen’s team earned $400,000 and a slot for IEM Cologne 2023.
IEM Katowice 2023 matches were held from 1 to 12 February in Katowice, Poland. 24 teams competed for a prize fund of one million dollars. More details about the results of the championship can be found in the report.
