A seventeen-year-old girl from Doetinchem died in a car accident on Saturday evening. She was in a car with three other young people that collided with a tree on Smoddedijk in Westendorp (municipality of Oude IJsselstreek) in Gelderland. This is reported by the police.
The other three occupants were taken to a hospital. It is not yet clear how they are doing.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident. It is not yet known how the accident happened.
