New direct Delta flights between New York with Buenos Aires and Brazil — Conocedores.com

Starting in the second half of the year, there will be new direct Delta flights between New York with Buenos Aires, in Argentina, and Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil.

Delta’s new direct flights will begin on December 16 with a daily frequency aboard the airline’s Boeing 767-300, with Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin services.

In addition, starting October 28, Delta will launch a new seasonal service between New York and Buenos Aires, aboard Boeing 767-500 aircraft, with the same amenities as the offer to Brazil.

Until now, Delta’s flights between Buenos Aires and New York had a stopover at the Atlanta hub. And Delta’s new flights, both to and from Rio de Janeiro and to and from Buenos Aires, will be non-stop.

In the case of Argentina, so far only two airlines offer direct flights to and from the Big Apple: American Airlines and Aerolíneas Argentinas.

United, Delta, Latam, Avianca, Copa Airlines, Boliviana de Aviación and others, allow you to travel between Buenos Aires to New York, but with layovers, which lengthens the flight time and the inconvenience involved in changing planes and going through a new Security control.

On the other hand, Delta was chosen as the World’s Most Admired Airline by Fortune Magazine.

“I couldn’t be more proud of the Delta team for being named to Fortune’s Most Admired Companies list for the 10th consecutive year,” said Delta CEO Ed Bastian. “This award is a great testimonial and recognition of all the hard work, dedication and success.”
