“Until the jackpot do us part” (“What Happens in Vegas”) (2008)

After a wild night at the Las Vegas entertainment venues, Joy (Cameron Diaz) wakes up with a terrible hangover to discover she has a wedding ring on her finger. It turns out that she drunkenly married a young man named Jack (Ashton Kutcher). After clarifying the misunderstanding, they immediately agree to divorce. But the two newlyweds suddenly win three million dollars. The problems start when the two cannot agree on who should win. The divorce trial brings an unpleasant surprise for both – the judge decides on a six-month “reconciliation” period, during which the wealth is frozen in a bank account. If one of them fails the test, the other will receive the money.

Despite receiving a lot of negative reviews, the film is undeniably fun, entertaining, and filled with traditional romantic comedy clichés that many fans will find enjoyable. Plus, Diaz and Kutcher’s chemistry is incredible!

“Guess Who” (“Guess Who”) (2005)

This is a romantic comedy that many people may not have seen. “Guess Who” follows a young black woman, Teresa, who prepares to introduce her fiancé, played by Kutcher, to her family over the weekend. However, Teresa does not inform them that Simon is white. As you already know, getting to know future sons-in-law is always a great experience for parents.

Here, not surprisingly, Percy Jones (Teresa’s father) is shocked to meet his daughter’s suitor. A white man about to marry into an African-American family? Although Percy has prepared a general “daughter’s protection program” in advance, there are some things he hasn’t considered. Especially the possibility that, arguing with the guy, he will earn the scorn of the women in the family and his wife will leave him on the very eve of the wedding anniversary. Left alone, the soon-to-be father-in-law and son-in-law are forced to devise a strategy to beg forgiveness from their lovers while getting them both to return home.

The movie is essentially a parody of Meet the Parents, yet it’s consistently entertaining and has enough satire. It has the ability to appropriately address a wide and diverse audience.

“No Strings Attached” (2011)

This romantic comedy is probably one of the most popular in the genre, starring Ashton Kutcher. No Strings Attached follows two friends, Emma (Natalie Portman) and Adam (Kutcher), who decide that they both want casual sex with each other while remaining friends.

Starring alongside the great Natalie Portman, this romantic comedy is sure to be a classic tale of friendship gone awry. It’s an endlessly entertaining film with several genuinely hilarious moments, with every cast member lighting up the screen with their wit and charisma.

“Valentine’s Day” (“Valentine’s Day”) (2010)

As you can see, the movie “Valentine’s Day” takes place on the titular day and combines different stories. Couples in love and single hearts alike, they all look forward to Valentine’s Day to hear the words of love. This holiday also unites people living in Los Angeles, who hope for new, romantic adventures on the eve of the long-awaited day.

To tell this story, a never-before-seen all-star ensemble of Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Patrick Dempsey, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Anna Hathaway, Ashton Kutcher, Queen Latifah, Shirley MacLaine and Julia Roberts has come together in one film. The director of the film is Garry Marshall, a veteran of Hollywood romantic films, whose credits include such popular films as “Pretty Woman”, “The Runaway Bride” and “The Princess Diaries”.

“Just Married” (“Just Married”) (2003)

A happy young couple, Sarah (Brittany Murphy) and Tom (Kutcher), get married a week after meeting – despite the objections of friends and families. Sarah comes from a wealthy family, while Tom is a reporter at a radio station and lives in a typical single guy’s apartment. Both of them are good-looking and that seems to be enough at the time to fall in love at first sight and hastily start a family.

Tom’s friends are surprised by this, Sara’s parents are angry about it, but after the wedding, the young people go on a trip to Italy – the cost of the trip is covered by Tom’s small savings. But it soon turns out that Sarah, who is used to giant hotel suites, is not willing to relax in moth-eaten lower-class hotels, from which both are kicked out due to inappropriate behavior. So Sarah decides to break her principles and call her father to ask for permission to use his credit cards. But a series of misunderstandings soon ensues, not least of which is Sarah’s ex-boyfriend, who relentlessly follows the young couple. Tom also meets an interesting girl in a tavern, and Sara catches them both in the bedroom in an ambiguous situation. The honeymoon turns out to be a hell of a test for people who have only known each other for a week.

Despite having some dated jokes, Just Married is surprisingly entertaining and wholesome for fans of the romantic comedy genre, thanks to Murphy and Ashton’s stellar performances and the duo’s incredible on-screen chemistry.

“Mana bosa meita” (“My Boss’s Daughter”) (2003)

Ashton’s character, Ted, is a researcher at a publishing company under the tyrannical boss Jack Taylor. The boss is a very experienced and demanding man, whose presence makes Ted nervous and tense. Everything would be very nice and simple if he hadn’t fallen for his boss’s daughter Lisa! For this reason, he does not hesitate when Lisa invites Ted to her home. The purpose of the invitation, however, is completely different than Ted imagined: Lisa wants to go to a party, so she needs to find someone to look after Jack. When Ted arrives at Jack’s house, a series of misunderstandings begin.

The film serves as a testament to Kutcher’s natural ability to be funny because he does it without even trying.
