A study issued by the Global Burden of Disease Index revealed the benefits of eating strawberries on heart health.
According to the study, eating a small cup of strawberries daily can improve heart health.
“The study shows that a diet that does not include eating fruit is among the risk factors for cardiovascular disease and diabetes,” Lillinois Institute of Technology Professor Brett Burton Freeman said in a statement.
Freeman added, “It is necessary that diets include sufficient quantities of fruits, and take into account diversity in them,” according to what was reported by the “UPI” news network.
He continued, saying: “Eating a cup of strawberries daily may show beneficial effects on cardiovascular health.”
