We all want to live long and in good health. But how can we make sure we don’t get sick? And do we have influence on this? The answer to this question is very clear: We can certainly have a major influence on this. In this video about nutrition, the most important part of a healthy lifestyle, I talk to GP Gordon Oron, who you probably already know from previous videos about Diabetes and heart disease. In this video I tell you what the advice is regarding a healthy eating pattern.

I will introduce myself. My name is Diana Verhoeven, practice assistant general practitioner in a general practice. In addition, nutrition and lifestyle coach, holistic, naturopathic and energetic therapist.

This video contains a lot of information and will clarify what you should focus on if you want to live a healthier life and, in particular, eat healthier. Lots of information at once. For this reason I will highlight some parts in the future and give practical tips. Keep in mind that you cannot change all your habits overnight, because this takes time and can be done step by step at the pace that suits you. But every change is one and can improve your health. Even if you have no health problems, a healthy lifestyle can ensure that you stay healthy. The older you get the more important this becomes, but the younger you start this the better. Furthermore, it is never too late to start working on your health. You are worth it! Go for it! It will benefit you a lot.
