The most beloved are part of Ash Ketchum’s team in the anime.
With the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Pokémon franchise surpassed the mark of 1,000 creatures distributed across nine regions. Among so many options, a select group fell in love with Brazilian players. And a recent survey revealed which are the favorite creatures of the national public.
Carried out in a partnership between the page excellent playspecializing in Pokémon Go news, and influencer Lee Gengar, the poll received nearly 90,000 votes from fans all over Brazil. Unsurprisingly, the favorite Pokémon of Brazilian players was the Charizard, with 8134 votes. Check out the ranking of the top 30 national favourites:

Among the best positioned creatures in the survey, a strong presence of Ash Ketchum’s allies in the anime can be noted. In addition to Lucario e Gengarwho share the podium with Charizard, we also have Pikachu, Greninja e Bulbasaur close to the top.
Legendaries and pseudo-legendaries take up most of the other placements, reinforcing the well-known popularity of some of the most powerful creatures in games, such as Mewtwo, Rayquaza e Garchomp. However, there is still room for some surprises on the list, such as newcomer Tinkaton. Even debuting in the franchise at the end of 2022, the friendly fairy Pokémon has already won the hearts of players.
