Aigars Krėsla leaves the cinema, because the girls on the screen are getting soft

Ilona Balode shares such memories of Aigaras Krėsl, who is nicknamed Steve in show business circles, in her latest book “Notes of Street Musicians”, which reveals more than one amusing, surprising and even shocking story from the domestic bohemia in the last decades.

“Steve liked women and didn’t like gays. Once, hungover, we dragged him to the “Riga” cinema, where the film about lesbian love “Blue is the warmest color” was shown. Stiff writhed and whined like a snot on a wire. We laughed and giggled at him,” writes Balode, revealing that Kresla could only watch the first 20 minutes of the film.

“When the girls started passionately kissing and touching each other’s breasts in the movie, Steve got worried, sweated out the amount of wine he had drunk from his pores, got up moaning, raising half the theater with him, and hollered outside, purring that he couldn’t stand this anymore, and where hares have been seen dealing with hares!”

Pigeon reveals that Krėsl was ridiculed for this incident for a long time, calling him “conservative uncle”. The musician answered worriedly that he is not a conservative, he just “doesn’t like these things, where two guys fuck each other’s ass”. But in general, “Stiff Conservative”, “stiff in his glory and mighty in his dignity”, being a good person, a defender of traditional values. “A normal person has to eat meat, old people tend to make shit, drink like cattle and leave, but bunnies need to forgive them and give birth to babies, and gays need to be treated, preferably with beautiful bunnies,” this is the opinion of the “Jumpravas” musician in his book published by Balode.

It is also clear that this unsuccessful cinema experience has not robbed Kreas of his commitment to continue watching films. At the end of last year, the musician had come to watch the latest performance of his bandmate Aigars Graubas – the comedy “Circenīš Christmas”. Since this is a comedy for the whole family, Twilight could be sure that nothing against his beliefs and life views would be shown on the screen.
