Dublin Airport is indeed being flooded with complaints from local residents. But there was one resident who filed his complaint up to 23,500 times.

But apparently there is one resident who really can’t tolerate the noise of Dublin Airport. He has filed nearly 23,500 complaints a year, which is equivalent to an average of 64 complaints a day. And, that number constitutes nearly 90 percent of all complaints received.
Overall, complaints emerged at the airport after the opening of the new runway, coupled with an increase in traffic, due to the relaxed pandemic restrictions.
As reported Stufftaking data from the “serial complainer”, other negative comments from the public have also more than doubled from 1,296 in 2021 to 2,765 last year.
The angry residents did have several forms of complaint in their complaint process. It also filed 12,000 formal complaints last year and more than 6,200 the previous year.
Dublin Airport itself recently experienced difficulties, as flights had to be diverted for the third time in four days after the drone sighting near the airport area.
A statement from officials labeled drone activity in the airport area “reckless and irresponsible behavior” and said the disturbance was “unacceptable”.
