Today there was a strong storm in Campo Santo. This caused some incidents such as blown roofs, fallen trees and flooded houses. Also, one person was injured in Torzalito and required medical assistance.
They also registered strong hurricane winds in the center of the city of Campo Santo, General Güemes and the Torzalito area. The storm frightened the neighbors, since several incidents were registered.
the strong storm started at 3:00 p.m. and lasted for an hour. Little by little it was losing intensity but nevertheless, a lot of water fell in a short period of time and the wind tore off the roofs of the houses in the area.

Many neighbors agreed that this climatic phenomenon was due to a tornado glue. The destruction in some cases is total and each municipality is now working to help the residents who need it most.
In the Torzalito area, in General Guemes, It was where this tornado tail was felt the most. A similar episode was already registered during mid-January, although with fewer incidents and damage than on this occasion.
During the storm, a roof collapsed inside the house, leaving a trapped man. Civil Defense personnel approached the home to carry out the rescue and transfer the injured person to the Joaquín Castellanos hospital. Later, it was announced that the victim suffered moderate injuries but is stable, hospitalized for observation where his evolution will be evaluated.
